Deluxe Rooms
Our deluxe rooms are spacious and cheerful. The ground floor can be a double or a twin and has a large walk-in shower making it ideal for guests with restricted mobility.
A historic country house hotel redefined for the modern traveler. Experience the soul of the English countryside.
We've had some significant changes at The Ollerod over the past few weeks with the kitchen closing, and the transformation into a different kind of B&B… Bar & Bed! We have lots of exciting plans, and will be offering food in a more unconventional style with Pop-Ups / Food Trucks / Garden BBQ Takeovers, as well as our own carefully curated bar snack menu. We will also still offer a fantastic Continental Breakfast to our Bed guests. We are in the process of creating a rolling 6 month Calendar of Events - live music, workshops, wine tastings, 'jamming' sessions (not the kind you eat), quiz evenings etc. All detailed info is coming soon on our Events page.
Inside this caramel stone house is a true destination. The traditional and contemporary rub together throughout, paying homage to the building's 13th-century roots. The seaside isn't far and Hardy's Wessex lies all around.
